  • A hot oil body massage can also provide a beneficial glow to your entire body. You can choose from any oil like coconut or olive or almond oil. If you want a more herbal tinge to your massage oil, you can also add crushed neem or tulsi leaves to the oil and warm it a little. Massage all over your body and keep on for thirty minutes. Get a shower and you will feel relaxing. Massaging your body will increase the blood circulation and also reduce the tan.
  • Coconut water has skin lightening properties too. For people who want to get a scar-free skin, you must apply coconut water twice a day regularly. After keeping it on for fifteen minutes, wash it off to get a blemish free skin.

You can also try any of these home-made packs to achieve a fair and glowing skin:

  • Fruit pack– Prepare pulp of cucumber, avocado and papaya. Mix these along with two teaspoon of cream. Apply it all over your face and keep for twenty minutes. Then rinse it with warm water.
  • Turmeric and Lemon juice pack– Mix one teaspoon of turmeric with around 2 to 3 table spoon fresh lemon juice. Apply it all over your face, keep for fifteen minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.
  • Yogurt pack– Mix 1 tablespoon of yogurt with 1 teaspoon of honey and apply it over your face. Keep it for twenty minutes and remove it with lukewarm water.
  • Banana and Papaya face pack– Make a smooth pulp of one piece of papaya and one small piece of banana, add lemon juice to it. Apply it on the face and allow it to dry for fifteen minutes. Wash your face with plain water and pat dry.
  • White Clay, Milk and Olive Oil Face Mask– Take 2 teaspoon white clay powder, 1 teaspoon milk and 1 teaspoon olive oil and make a thick paste. Apply the pack and leave for twenty minutes to dry. Once it dries, wash your face with warm water.
  • Orange Peels and Curd Face Mask– Dry some orange peels in the sun and grind it to make a powder. Mix 2 tablespoon of curd to the powder and make a fine paste. Apply on the face and let it dry for twenty minutes. Then wash with lukewarm water.
  • Besan, Turmeric powder and Milk Cream Pack– Mix 3 teaspoon of  besan, 2 teaspoon of milk cream and a pinch of turmeric powder. Apply and leave on face for thirty minutes. When dry, wet your hand and remove the pack rubbing in circular motion. Then rinse with water and pat dry.
