Repeat the process for 15 days. 4) Take 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Add 2tablespoons of sugar in it to form a gritty mixture. Massage on your skin. This exfoliates your skin and makes it softer. 5) Fresh aloe vera gel soothes sunburn and reduces the effect of tanning. It gives your skin a calm effect. So, apply it on your skin. You can buy it online easily at Amazon or eBay. 6) Cucumber also have bleaching properties, so apply cucumber juice on your face. Your skin will feel refreshed and rejuvenated. 7) Moreover, you can apply buttermilk or a mixture of oats and buttermilk. You can use a cream containing buttermilk that can also help you out. 8) Take a cup of plain yogurt. Add the juice of 1 large tomato. Mix in half a tablespoon of gram flour in it. You can add more flour if you want. Apply it on your face and neck. Leave on for 30-45 minutes and then wash with normal water. 9) You can also make a face pack containing rose water and Fuller’s earth. This will also help you to get rid of tanned skin. 10) You can take honey mixed with milk and apply it on the defected area. It will surely help you to get rid of tan. Perform it every day for best results. Tanning is not a major issue. One can overcome tanning by just using some easily available ingredients. These remedies will help you out but you need to do it every day for visible results. Prevention is better than cure so using good quality SPF can work well. Make sure your sunscreen have either zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.
